Securing and Centralizing Steria's Global Network Achieved Through A Dedicated Next-Generation Firewall Initiative Launched in 2009.

SANTA CLARA, CALIF. -- January 28 2014 -- Palo Alto Networks (NYSE:PANW), the leader in enterprise security, today announced its security platform has been selected by Steria, leading digital services company in Europe, with 20,000 employees and active in the provision of digital services for large businesses, SMBs and administration.

Deployment of the Palo Alto Networks platform by Steria also has enabled them to expand their digital service offerings to their clients; Steria has so far supported two major deployments of Palo Alto Networks platforms for clients in France and the UK.

So far, 47 Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls from the PA-200, -500, -2000, -3000 and -5000 series, have been implemented across 12 countries, allowing Steria to deliver practical responses to their customers' visibility needs into traffic, applications, Internet and information workflows. The platform also delivers prevention, detection, analysis and resolution of security issues for Steria Information System (IS) and its customers.
